Upasana Raina, masters in psychology, has been in the field of Human Resource and HR Consulting Services for over 10 years. Her involvement towards Elixir growth story began when she joined as an Executive in HRD and has moved up to be an AVP- Human Resources. Her contributions have been instrumental in setting up HR processes and systems to achieve organization goals.
What started as her aspiration, to make Elixir a ‘people centric organization’, is now one of the core values of the company. The human resource department is the core in all organizations, and ensuring the practices and processes are not only up-to-date but also ‘people-centric’ is the tough rope walk which she manages with excellent ease. The introduction of various screening tools, ensures, that Elixir has the best practices and best people running the practices across all the businesses. HRD today helps business units to optimize their performance by meeting their most critical needs around managing, rewarding, and engaging talent; ensuring responsible executive remuneration; and enhancing HR effectiveness.
