Mr. Sundeep Arora has a rich experience of over 18 years in the field of Legal, Contracts, Compliances and Recovery Management. He is a certified internal quality and ISO auditor. An expert in his domain Mr. Sundeep possesses strong hold on Corporate, Criminal and Civil Laws. Few of the acts where he specializes are Arbitrations & Conciliation Act, Consumer Protection Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, IPRs, Information Technology Act, Real Estate related Acts, acts covering companies and work force, Permanent and Temporary/Contract, and their Compliances under various Applicable Laws of the Land.

The adherence to compliances is the differentiating factor in the business of temporary staffing. Mr. Sundeep’s insights support the organisation in building effective client and candidate relationship. His role ensures that the company is in compliance with laws applicable to our associates who are deputed with our esteemed customers across the industries PAN India. An expert in all types of agreements and legal documents, Mr. Sundeep has an experience of coordinating with multiple external law firms/advocates for various under trial cases pending adjudication right from district forums/ courts to National Commission/ High Courts and the Apex court.

In his career, Mr. Sundeep has worked with Blue Dart Express Ltd. (DHL Group Company), Modi Olivetti Limited (A JV between Dr. B K Modi Group Co. and Olivetti-Italy) and Vins Overseas India Ltd. (A JV between International Travel House-an ITC Group Co. and Europcar Interent, France). With an extensive exposure to several service sectors, Mr. Sundeep has to its credit Zero litigation and near compliant status to various applicable Labor Laws for a large multinational staffing company.

Mr. Sundeep has graduated in Commerce from University of Delhi, holds Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications and a degree in Law from CCS University, Meerut.
