Davide Riboni

Davide Riboni, an Italian national, has been with the Gi Group since 2001. He has held several key positions in the organisation in last 10 years.

Davide commenced his career as a branch head with Worknet S.p.a, a Fiat Group Company in the Human resource market which was later acquired by the Gi Group in the year 2005. During these years he played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and developing strategies for client development and defining the budgets and agreement framework. His experience in automotives entitled him the position of Head, Automotive Division in 2005 where he was responsible for management of administrative and sales staff. Here he developed practices for managing large commercial customers with a yearly turnover of 200 million/€uros.

Prior to his joining in India with Gi Staffing Services, Davide was appointed for International Accounts to develop the automotive business for the company in Polish, German and Brazilian market in addition to his direct responsibility of the branch network in France (4 branches).

With a diverse portfolio, Davide exhibits good interpersonal and analytical skills. A firm believer of ‘ideas have no borders’; Davide is known for his high-level skills in complex negotiations, stress resistance and his abilities of a great team player. In his current role he is responsible to drive sales for the company in the India’s emerging temporary industry. Davide studied law at University of Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Italy.
